2 WHEELS APPLICATIONS

We are currently engaged in a few projects involving 2-wheel vehicles where we believe we can apply our experience and knowledge with interconnected systems. We have developed the 2-Wheel System that will bring the benefits of modal and frequency controlled suspension response.

2-Wheel suyspension kits will help the users to enjoy a beter dynamic behaviour of vehicles normally suffering of unbalanced modal damping that is normally corrected with asymmetric damping rates when it should actually be addressed from a modal point of view.

We are developing these projects with companies that can bring their experience to developing commercial 2-wheel vehicles in their own area. These projects are currently the following:

2-WHEEL system advantatges

The design of the 2-Wheel system allows us to offer an optimized suspension setting without trade offs. The system offers simultaneously "hard" vertical settings to cope with the weight of bike and driver,, and "soft" settings for pitch when that is appropriate. This solution tries to maximize the safety of passengers

This independence in setting the suspension parameters explains that we can offer simultaneously the following advantages.

Vertical stiffness:

  • corner estability

  • rear wheel traction rebound proper damping

Pith stiffness:

  • can increase or decrease pitch spring and damping rates when appropriate for suspension geometry

  • can improve traction in steep hill climbing for motorless bikes

  • can adjust corner entry rake angle change

  • can soften/harden vertical stiffness remotely without changing pitch stiffness
